There will always be stress in our lives but we can learn how to cope with it better though regular meditation and mindfulness.

Why Meditate?

There are so many benefits from Meditation and you will have heard of many different types of people that are engaging with Meditation and Mindfulness.  Meditation is good for you it can change your life.


Meditation can help you deal with stress and negative emotions.  Research has shown that meditation can help reduce levels of depression and anxiety, along with helping people to tolerate pain better.  It can also help boost positive skills eg memory and awareness.  Research says that it can change your brain, people who have meditated for years have seen changes in higher levels of alpha brain waves and deeper relaxation. 

Meditation can reduce moods and feels of anger and tensions.

NEW Breathe your way through exam stress workshop

Do you know anyone taking their GCSE's this year? Who are feeling stressed by the challenges of multiple exams? They are not alone, more and more teenagers are becoming stressed by the intense pressure of the exam season. As a secondary school teacher and mother I have seen this stress first hand.

This workshop will show teenagers how the brain works, why they are feeling stressed and effective and proven methods to calm the mind to release these stresses together with Revision Tools to help with remembering key concepts.

This workshop is aimed at GCSE students 14-16 years olds.
